I was a little concerned when Folgers bought Millstone a few years back. Kind of thought of Folgers as the American Motors of coffee. You know... the Gremlin and Pacer? Anyhoo, Smuckers bought the whole kit 'n' kaboodle [2008] and quality was kicked up more than a few notches company-wide. Even Folgers familiar off-the-shelf red jug is now drinkable. Thanks, Smuckers!
I've purchased both the regular packages and the 1.75 ounce packages of Millstone... the latter were on sale for about $10 bucks recently. (Watch for Amazon to put it on sale, which happens from time-to-time!) I like the convenience of being able to take the small packages to work, and they're a nice litte "thank-you" gift for friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc.
I think this is THE best chocolate flavored coffee I've had, bar NONE. And I've tried many... Gevalia; Berres Brothers; Camerons; Caribou; a couple of local coffee house blends; and three or four "boutique" brands - the kind you often find at places like T J Maxx, The World Market, and so on. The Millstone is SMOOTH, MELLOW, AROMATIC, and the CHOCOLATE comes through perfectly.
This is truly one of my favorite flavored brews. It'll be one of yours, too!

If you've had Millstone chocolate velvet before, you
already know how good it is..This was just as good as
the bigger bags, though I'd get the bigger bag next time for
convenience. Smooth, excellent chocolate smell, nice finish..
highly recommended.
