I am not sure why other reviews are average on these. I prefer a bold rich coffee. This is a less acidic blend, rich and superior to the Senseo and others I have tried. I also buy the French Roast. All depends on your taste. I have always found this product to be very fresh. Eco positive and delicious.

I found the Cafe Halo Breakfast Blend stronger than expected for a breakfast roast. I prefer the same type of blend from Senseo and I am unconvinced that the ecological/economical benefits outweigh my pleasure in drinking a great cup of coffee.

This product doesn't have the same great coffee smell as most coffee pods. Not nearly as good as Senseo or even Folgers for that matter. Will not buy this product again.
